March 5 - 6: The Howard County Arts Council presents its 20th Annual Cultural Arts Showcase at the Howard County Center for the Arts featuring visual, literary and performing artists. Performances scheduled from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm. Lunch included. General admission $28/day.
March 7 - 8: Get a head start on home remodeling or building projects at the Peak Building Materials Auction at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Preview on Friday, 3/6 from noon - 6:00 pm. Auctions on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am, registrations start at 7:30 am.
March 13 - 31: An art exhibition of "Fantastic Landscapes and Cityscapes" will be displayed at Savage Mill in the New Weave Building, presented by the International Center for Artistic Development. There will be an opening reception on March 15 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm.
March 14: Antique Auto Parts Flea Market at the Howard County Fairgrounds, sponsored by the Chesapeake Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America. 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
March 20: Savage Mill Art Walk from 6:00pm - 8:00 pm featuring local artists and businesses. Wine, snacks and original art.
March 28 - 29: The Mid-Atlantic Antiques Market comes to the Howard County Fairgrounds. Preview on March 27 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm benefiting the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. More than 100 quality antiques dealers featuring Americana, formal & county furniture, folk art, fine art, textiles, early glass & ceramics. Saturday the 29th Early Bird, 8:30-10 am $15.00. Saturday the 28th, 10am - 5pm & Sunday the 29th, 10am - 4pm $8.00.
