Fernand and Odette Tersiguel have a history as restaurateurs in Ellicott City going back more than 30 years. They've given way to their son and chef Michel, but this classic hasn't missed a beat. Fine French country cooking with fresh ingredients, many from their own farm, and always save room for dessert.
