The Fuji is a small, homestyle Japanese restaurant and sushi bar. The sushi and rolls are generally quite good and fresh, and tend toward traditional selections. Cooked dishes of tempura, teriyaki, and the large, hot bowls of sukiyaki are also quite good. It is a family-run operation and the service, usually by local students, can vary but it makes for a friendly neighborhood place.
The Fuji Restaurant does not have a website, as far as I can tell. It is located in a small strip of shops on the north side of Route 40, about a quarter mile west of the Enchanted Forest and Centennial Lane.
