Baltimore Restaurant Week

Nearly 100 restaurants are participating in Baltimore Restaurant Week from January 23 through February 1, offering three-course dinner menus for $30.09. Many of them also offer lunch, weekend and special events as part of the promotion, and many allow you to book online through OpenTable. It's a great way to sample a few of those places you may have always wanted to try. Some of my favorites are Aldo's, Cinghiale, Ixia, Pazo, and Sotto Sopra, but I think we'll aim to try something new.

The Elkridge Furnace Inn is the only Howard County restaurant participating in the Baltimore Restaurant Week. But have patience, Howard County will have its own two-week Restaurant Week starting February 23.

UPDATE: Many of the Baltimore Restaurant Week restaurants have extended the promotion one more week to February 8. Check the website for details.
